We thought green beans were pretty much done for the season but Anderson Farm in Wethersfield had this beautiful basket for us when we went to pick up the corn this morning. Stop by today for some of the last green beans of the season, $3.75 per pound.

Today's produce menu: silver queen corn, honeybun corn, butter & sugar corn, green beans, radishes, beets, native tomatoes, native heirloom tomatoes, sungold tomatoes, sweet peppers, dried red and white onions, honeycrisp apples, macoun apples, empire apples, peaches, acorn squash, butternut squash, delicata squash, pumpkins, yellow squash, salad cucumbers, pickling cucumbers, rainbow Swiss chard, kale, bread from Hartford Baking Co. and mixed bouquets from here on the farm.
